Penyakit yang dihidapi adalah seperti kencing manis, sakit lutut, migrain, sengal sengal badan, insomnia, pening, sakit pinggang, kemurungan, sering selesema dan demam, rasa kebas pada bahagian badan tertentu dan darah tinggi. Dengan adanya ramai graduan wanita, kini di tempat kerja kebanyakan jawatan pengurus atau pentadbir mula dipenuhi dengan wanita. Sebuah kajian yang dijalankan pegawai kerajaan menunjukkan bahawa jika ada pilihan, 90% dari responden, tidak kira lelaki atau perempuan lebih suka berkerja dengan bos lelaki. Antara sebabnya ialah bos lelaki dipandang sebagai lebih memahami masalah pekerja, tidak atau "angin pasang surut" boleh berkomunikasi secara berhemah. Tidak kurang juga yang memberikan pelbagai gelaran pada bos wanita mereka seperti singa betina, Hitler dan seumpamanya. Apakah ini petanda wanita lebih stres di tempat kerja? Atau permintaan ditempat kerja yang menjadikan mereka stres?
